Allianda's Grand Opening

Posted

Have you noticed the new shop in town? Yes, How exciting! Located on Main St. just north of JB's, Allianda gifts and thrift is a nice, cozy, friendly shop right here in Wanamingo where you can buy cards, gifts, and a whole lot more. But what is an Allianda?

"Allianda means “the best of me”. It’s a combination of my two daughters' names," says owner Carole Timbeross, a native of Wanamingo . Carole realized the town needed a retail store to cater to the needs of the community. She collaborated with some of the area's crafters, offered consignment sales, and opened on September 6th.

Carole has several people consigning their handmade crafts and gently used items to be repurposed. New and lovingly used retail items, plants, candles and many more finds and gifts can be found at 104 Main St. Wanamingo.

Join us on Saturday, December 13 for our Grand Opening. Register for exciting door prizes, and take a look around.

Stop in and see what we are all about. Have some refreshments and get a scratch off ticket to try your luck from 10am to 4 pm.

Bring back community support to small town businesses, and have fun doing it!
