502 Huseth Street has a new tenant! Ann Traxler PLLC has moved into Suite C in the newest addition to Traxler Power & Equipment and the NAPA Auto Parts building in Kenyon. There are still pictures to hang, and some touching up to do, but you will find her there instead of her old office space in her home.
Although they aren't quite ready for the Grand Opening, Ann is busy at her desk, and ready to meet with you for all your estate planning and other needs. Today I would like to let you know what you can look forward to when you come to her office.
She went to Law School at what was then called William Mitchell College of Law and is now known as Mitchell-Hamline School of Law. This school is known for having a "hybrid" option, in that she had an opportunity to take her last semester online before graduating as a full-fledged lawyer.
Ann focuses on specific areas of law and is always learning the newest updates and new laws in every area of her expertise. Her areas of practice are drawing up wills, trusts and estate planning, power of attorney appointments, probate law, health care directives, farm and business transactions, real estate matters, and general practice. She is learning the ropes on all the different elder law issues, especially to help navigate tax concerns and medical assistance laws. What she does not attend to are divorces, DUI's, jury trials, criminal law, child custody and car accidents, but she can certainly point you to someone who can help.
I am a baby boomer, and it is becoming increasingly apparent that it is time for me to get my papers together so that I have everything laid out as to what will happen to my assets when I am no longer here. Having gone through trying to understand all the legalities of inheritance and probate issues when my father passed, I know that getting the papers in order will save my own children a lot of hassle and heartache. I have found that Ann wants to get to know her clients personally so that she can look at your life accomplishments, and see what path is right for your situation. She is a kind and caring woman, and one that I feel I can trust with my estate planning. I know she will explain to me what my best choices are, and I can count on her to be discreet and up front in our dealings.
You can contact her at (507) 405-0420, or email her at ann@traxlerlaw.com. She also has a website for you to look over at traxlerlaw.com. So, make an appointment to stop in and find out for yourself what Ann can do to make your life easier. You'll be glad you did! And tell her Cheri sent you!
