The Rice County Historical Society’s 2026 Fall Banquet and Annual Meeting will be held on Friday, October 22, at the Inn at Shattuck-St. Mary’s in Faribault.
The banquet will begin with time to socialize at 5:00; dinner will be served at 5:30pm. There will be a brief business meeting as required by RCHS bylaws at 6:00pm, followed by a program by Executive Director David Nichols on the past and future of the historical society.
Dinner will be turkey or eggplant parmesan (as a vegetarian option), catered by The Inn.
The cost is $30 for RCHS members and $35 for non-members. Tickets can be purchased at the RCHS Museum (1814 Second Ave NW, Faribault), from RCHS board members, or reserved by calling the museum at 507-332-2121.
