Kenyon, MN — Keith Allen, a Kenyon Wanamaingo area farmer and agriculture business owner, announced Monday that he will run for Minnesota House 19A. Allen has lived in the Kenyon community for nearly two decades with his wife and two children, ages 13 and 7. He is a longtime member of the local Republican Party and the current District Outreach Director for Congressman Brad Finstad.

“Communities like Kenyon are the fabric of America. From raising a family to building businesses, I have been blessed to be part of this community of friends and neighbors who have done so much for my family. I want to bring common sense to St. Paul, fighting back against the radical left one party rule and restore sanity in our state.”

“I want to thank Rep. Daniels for his service to our community. Rep. Daniels has been a steadfast supporter of our values and made sure our voices were heard in St. Paul. I will continue this district’s strong record of conservative leadership and fighting for our values as your next State Representative.”

Allen has been in farming and agriculture business. He is an active member of the local community, including currently serving on the Goodhue County Board of Adjustment and as a Cherry Grove Township Supervisor. Allen also served on the Minnesota Farm Bureau Board of Directors. He and his family attend Dale Lutheran Church where Allen serves as the Board President.
